1. Behavior Policy

- We expect all participants to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of our staff and

teachers.

- Continuous misbehavior, such as disrupting classes, refusing to participate in activities, or

being disrespectful to staff or other participants, may result in removal from the program.

- We have a zero-tolerance policy for fighting, bullying, or any behavior that compromises the

safety of others. Any participant engaged in such behavior will be immediately removed from the

program.

2. Attendance

- Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure participants receive the full benefits of the

program.

- If a participant will be absent, please notify the program coordinator as soon as possible.

3. Drop-off and Pick-up

- Participants should be dropped off and picked up at the designated times and locations.

- If someone other than a parent or guardian will be picking up a participant, prior written

authorization must be provided.

4. Dress Code

- Participants should dress modestly and appropriately for the scheduled activities, in

accordance with Islamic guidelines.

- Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended for outdoor activities and

sports.

5. Personal Belongings

- NYCMC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

- Participants should not bring valuable items or large sums of money to the program.

6. Medication and Health Concerns

- If a participant requires medication during program hours, a written request must be

submitted to the program coordinator, along with the medication in its original container.

- Please inform the program coordinator of any health concerns or allergies that may affect a

participant's experience in the program.

7. Field Trips and Special Events

- Participants are expected to follow all policies and guidelines during field trips and special

events.

- Additional permission slips may be required for off-site activities.

8. Refund Policy

- Refunds will be granted up to two weeks before the start of the program, minus a processing

fee.

- No refunds will be issued for participant dismissal due to violation of program policies.
